The Mental Health Experience was one day conference on breaking down the stigma of Mental Health in the Church. We started with a panel that had both youth members, parents, a psychologist, a principals, and counselors. We then went into a three part interactive portion that taught patients about meditation, massage therapy and physical therapy. Then Dr.Okafor spoke about the Mind, Soul and Spirit with Dr. Van Brown.
